You possess your own unique truth, as intricate and brilliant as a human fingerprint. Sometimes pain, loss, grief, anger, addiction, and other obstacles obscure the fulfillment of your truth and cut you off from the "sunlight" of the spirit. Most people spend their lives going over, under, or around these obstacles, when most often, the only way to the sunlight, is through the pain. Without awareness, people unconsciously perpetuate their pain and patterns of behaving through time. My job is to cultivate awareness of these patterns, offer tools for change, and then to be your ally through the change to help you uncover and honor your truth, and ultimately, to own your power as an individual, couple, child, or family.
